TWA Electric

Repair an Attic or Whole House Fan in 20132

I immediately received a phone call from Jessica-literally about 30 seconds after I submitted a request for attic fan repair. She scheduled someone to come out the next day at 11am for an estimate. He arrived at the specified time, was friendly, very knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable. Our fan was beyond repair so he went back to TWA to retrieve a new one and even called me from his cell phone to explain the 2 different models they had available. He promptly returned and had it installed by that afternoon. He even gave me a goody bag with a pen, pad stickers and a small flashlight. They were so good I used them 2 more times.

TWA Electric

Repair an Attic or Whole House Fan in 22042

With my first appointment, it turned out I had erred, and Nutone had sent only the thermostat, not the replacement motor. The technician was very prompt, friendly, and offered good advice about my attice fan. Once I received the replacement motor, I scheduled an appointment between 7 and 9 a.m. No one showed up and no one called to inform me of the problem. I called 3-4 times and the technician finally came about 10:30. I was frustrated, but he was friendly and without an argument, TWA agreed to remove the initial service charge of $55 from my bill. It turned out to be a good experience. I will know if there are problems next summer.
