The contractor/owner was always very approachable, returned our calls in a timely manner if there were questions and kept to his promised timeline. We would hire this company again in the future.

The sales rep was great and very knowledgeable. THe scheduling process was a little frustrating, as they were not very reponsive regarding a timeframe to start the project. Once the project was underway, they worked quickly and beautifully. The finished product was done in about three days and it is magnificent. HOWEVER, it took quite a while to get someone to come back and clean up the mess left by the workers. Carmen, the owner got involved and eventually the mess was taken away(about 5 days later)..HINT..don't pay the final bill until the mess has been cleaned up completely! Other than that, they were terrific!
