Mr. Arze raised a bathroom ceiling, relocated and installed a new light fixture and exhaust fan; discovered that the exhaust vent did not vent to the outside, he corrected that; and finished the new drywall to primer ready, all in one day, thoroughly cleaned up after, and at a reasonable price.
I highly recommend Mr. Arze for any home improvement. I intend to use him again.

Hire a Handyman in 22043
Jose is a true professional and a pleasure to hire. His rates are very reasonable, he's courteous, provides great clean-up of the workspace. He is also very honest and will tell you if a full replacement isn't necessary and will offer less expensive alternatives to repair your problem, which is a plus. He just completed removal of old wainscoting wood boards with drywall and painting in our family room. We've already hired him back to work on replacing our retractable attic stairs/door, sealing holes/paint/tiling of our old utility closet, and replacing a new garbage disposal. Highly recommended.
