The carpet looked better than brand new. They were able to get all the stains out, including one that was black shoe polish from about a year ago. Everything I tried didn't work, but they were able to get it out. I will use them again.

After making my request to Service Magic, Steve with Royalty Carpet Care called and gave me a quote for what I was looking for. He also discussed exactly what he would be doing, how his process might be different from other carpet cleaners, and exactly what I should expect. I called Steve to make the appointment and asked if he could do something on very short notice. To my surprise, he had had a cancellation and was able to be at my house within the hour. When he arrived, he went over all of the details, and went straight to work. The work he did was excellent. I would highly recommend Royalty,and plan to use them again in the future!
