Terry was wonderful. He came out with very short notice to give me an estimate, was clear on what his schedule looked like and when he might be able to get to my project. He offered suggestions on how he might approach the project and listened to my thoughts on the same. He contacted me within 24hrs to set up a date and time (which was the first available date of the range he had mentioned when doing the estimate survey). The work was wonderful and BTC did not leave until they were sure the project operated properly - even troubleshooting from the home source to the line run. I highly recommend this company for your electrical projects.
