My tub had sewage backing up in it. I obtained three referrals from Service Magic and Gary was the first to call. He gave me a general estimate of what he thought it would cost and had a technician available that afternoon. John called when I was told he would and showed up as promised. He and Josh got right to work, were friendly, personable and very careful not to create any mess. As a matter of fact they left things cleaner than when they came. They worked quickly, explained everything to me and answered all my questions. They were done so fast that I was able to get them to help me with a couple other smaller problems I had not been able to take care of and were still out in just under an hour. I was very impressed with their professionalism and would not hesitate to contact them again in the future or refer them to a friend. Thanks guys!
