Paul was nice guy and professional. He call me 1 min after I submit the request on website to ask the problem and he came the day after to replace the string and fix my garage door. He also made adjustment for garage that he feel last installation wasn't correct. It was pleasure to have him fix the problem that I can't do it with very reasonable price in compare with apple doors.
