Rodney arrived on time and diagnosed my pest problem as carpenter ants. He explained his process and began treatment. During that time he discoved 2 termite colonies, which he showed me. We discussed my options and he returned to start that treatement. All in all, dispite the bad news, it was a good experience. I believe he gave me a fair price and taught me things to help prevent these problems in the future. I would recommend him to anyone.
