I rated Jose very high because, in addition to being prompt and efficient, he seemed very knowledgeable about plumbing. While doing the work, he explained how an ice maker should work and how he would make the connection to the basement pipe. Also, he made sure that the ice maker was working, after the fact of connection. In addition, he informed me about a safety valve that was missing on my hot water heater -- the first time I had been informed of this, after five years of annual service with another company.

Jeong was a true professional. He showed up right on time, was polite, and gave complete and understandable explanations to what he was doing. He offered friendly advice so I could get the maximum efficiency from my gas furnace. Service calls can sometimes be a gamble, but with Jeong I hit the jackpot! He was great and I would hire him again in a minute.

Repair Oil Furnace / Forced Air Heating System in 22015
Jeong was very polite, efficient and knew oil burners. I am a retired builder, and was extremely impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He didn't have a filter for my 35 yr old furnace, but did not charge me when he came back to put it on. He did a great job!!! I would hire him again and again!
