I am difficult to please, but Moe recognized that immediately. He noticed the steps installed by another company on my main level were not done correctly and talked with me about how his crew would do a better job and they did! On the main level of my home, I have nailed-down hardwood floors. Moe recommended a glue-down floor to cover the existing concrete floor. I am contently looking at my new floors, satisfied with my decision to use Floor Coverings International.

Mo Shoki and company know customer service. Mo sold me after our first meeting. The installers were accommodating, professional and hard-working. Would recommend anyone interested in flooring installation services to give Mo a call. I know I will for help with future projects.

Moe's team was excellent. We had hard wood installed in several rooms in our home and they did a beautiful job. His staff was very courteous and helpful. They really went the extra mile for us. Not only does Moe not charge for carpet removal (something everyone else we got estimates was charging for), he also went above and beyond our expectations and orderd a lovely pre-stained shoe molding to make our mahogoney floors (a very hard to match color!). When we had a small problem with a reset toilet, Moe was very quick to respond and send out a plummer to fix it (leak was caused by new floors being such a different height than the old one!). I had no complaints about this experience at all. Very professional job. I would hire them again.
