Jarvis Contracting was excellent to work with. The professionalism of the owners and the workers was outstanding! We had a budget of what we wanted to spend, and they worked with us to stay within that budget. Compared to the other "cookie cutter" approaches of other bidders, they were willing to customize their proposal to give us what we were looking for with a much superior solution than what others were offering. They followed up with us after the job was finished to make sure we were happy.

We would definitely use Jarvis again if we have any construction project requiring a contractor and give them our highest recommendation.

Mr Shahanian came to my home, assessed the problem and provided an interim remedy on the same day that I contacted Service Magic, protecting my home from further damage from the imminent storms. The workers replaced the roof, right down to the plywood; replaced the rotted soffit boards and painted them; cleaned and painted the gutters and added helmets to keep out the leaves. They even power washed the deck and patio. They cleaned up fairly well, were very courteous and always attentive to my concerns; their pricing was fair and competitive. I would recommend them.

He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and did not rush me as I was home with my 1 year old son who was also demanding of my attention. The work was performed on time when he told me it would be done, and since I work full time and was unable to be home at the time the repair was completed, he left a self-addressed envelope for me to just mail payment to him. Very good to work with, and I will definintely use them again when I need work done on my house next time! Also, the cost was perfectly reasonable, and within expectations for the work performed.
