Overall I was pleased with the carpet cleaning service. Although I did not have any difficult stains, they were all removed. The carpet dried quickly. Also, they were very careful with my furniture, etc. when clearing the carpet to clean. However, the upholster/furniture cleaning was only satisfactory.

I think they did a great job getting out the tough stains. However, they indicated that it would take about 4 hours to dry, when it took more like 4 days.
