Gary was extremely knowledgeable and set my expectations properly on the cost and time to complete the job as well as aided my decision on what type of water heater I would like installed. John showed up first and prepped the work area while answering some last minute questions I had. Once finished, they tested the equipment to find that I had issues with the water flow through my shower that was preventing the heater from working. They happily remedied the problem and had my shower pressure higher than it had been since I moved in. They only left after they were certain the heater was in working order and I was informed on how to use it.
