This project got off to a bad start, between things taking 3 days longer than it was supposed to, the original floors not matching the new floors (old hardwood vs new hardwood), cracking my bathroom tile, and the sand and finish being done without the installers questioning the difference in the wood. Steve Montrose (President) and Michele Tremblay (PM) made everything right. They not only compensated me for the stress and heartache of the first job, but they re-tiled my bathroom free of charge, but fixed the hardwood flooring in days. I would hire them again, but would be sure to be more involved during the installation process.

Mark and his staff did a great job on our hardwood floor. They were very professional, minimum mess, and worked in a timely fashion to get the job finished quickly. We even added some more areas of new hardwood for All -N-1 to install. Great work!
